Are you passionate about training others and making technology work smarter for people? CBRE is looking for a Business Applications Trainer to join our dynamic team and play a key role in enhancing the capability of our Property Management professionals across Australia.
**About the Role**
**Here's what you'll focus on**:
- Create user-friendly materials including manuals, videos, and e-learning modules tailored to different learning styles.
- Conduct training sessions in-person, virtually, and one-on-one.
- Identify training needs and provide ongoing support to end-users.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and optimise system use.
**Here are some of the strengths you'll possess and the background you'll need to be successful;**
- Proven experience in training and development, ideally in property management
- Hands-on experience with property management software (MRI, Yardi, etc.)
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills across multiple formats
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with e-learning platforms is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
- Knowledge of property or facilities management principles is highly desirable
