Monsterball South West are getting ready for a busy summer season of events starting in September, and are looking for new crew members to help us set up and supervise in Albany and beyond, including Esperance and other iconic areas in the South West. Shifts in Albany will count towards your days of specified work, and we'd love to have people with us most of the summer season. You're welcome to sleep on-site (camping, in your vans etc) - we have basic cooking facilities and can provide a gym membership for showers! If you haven't heard of us, Monsterball is WA's leading Bouncy Castle & Inflatable hire company - we have branches dotted across WA & in Darwin. We deliver events featuring our Bouncy Castles, Obstacle Courses, Water Slides, Bucking Bulls and so much more; it's our job to bring the fun wherever we don't go! Whilst most of our events are within the Albany area, there isn't anywhere in WA that we won't travel to, so there is plenty of opportunity to go further afield with us too! We’re hoping to find strong, capable crew members to set up our inflatable amusements, drive to events, and supervise kids’ activations with energy and professionalism. Bouncy castles may sound like squishy silly fun (which they are!) but they also require strength and a can-do attitude to set up! -> Hands on, physical work -> Weekend work required -> Confident driver preferred -> Working with Children check required -> You'll receive complex delivery or setup instructions from our team and customers, so good English is essential. -> Silly, fun-loving personality critical! The role would be casual with working times that flex around our events. The hours will start to build from now until the peak of the Summer. How you'll spend your shifts: - Picking up equipment from our warehouse - Driving to and from events - Setting up inflatables - Confidently and professionally supervising events; helping people use the equipment, ensuring safety of attendees, making sure everyone has fun! - Liaising with customers while you're at events - Packing down the equipment, keeping it clean for the next event - Collaborating with your colleagues, with occasional lone work once you're fully trained If you’re reliable, hands-on, and love being part of a high-energy team – hit us up!
