Just Signs is a well-established signage and print business looking for an experienced Signage Estimator to join our team. This is a key role responsible not only for estimating, but also for job paperwork and scheduling to ensure work flows smoothly from quote through to completion.
About the Role
You will prepare accurate signage estimates while supporting the business with job documentation, scheduling, and coordination across multiple projects. This role requires strong organisation, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of how signage jobs move through production and installation.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare detailed and accurate signage estimates and quotes
* Interpret plans, drawings, and job specifications
* Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing
* Ensure quotes align with production capacity and realistic timelines
* Complete and manage job paperwork and documentation for multiple projects
* Assist with scheduling of production and installation work in line with priorities
* Coordinate job handovers to production and installation teams
* Maintain pricing accuracy, cost control, and job tracking
About You
* Proven experience in signage estimating
* Strong understanding of signage materials, production, and installation processes
* Confident managing paperwork and scheduling across multiple jobs
* Highly organised with strong time management skills
* Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Clear communicator with internal teams and suppliers
