Administration / Inventory Assistant.

We are committed to fostering growth, innovation, and development in our team. We are looking for a motivated and driven individual to join us as an Administration / Inventory Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to develop their skills in administrative responsibilities and stock inventory management.

Role Overview:

As an Administration / Inventory Assistant, you'll receive hands-on training and guidance to manage key operational areas, with a specific focus administration and stock inventory management. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and take on increasing responsibility while making a direct impact on the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Administrative Duties: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling, document management, invoicing, debtor & creditor reporting and communication across departments.

* Stock Inventory Management: Assist in the management of stock levels, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting. Learn to optimize inventory systems and processes to maintain smooth operations.

* Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior managers to gain insights and contribute to the overall operational efficiency of the business.

* Training & Development: Participate in ongoing training and mentoring to enhance your managerial and operational skills.

Skills & Qualifications:

* A passion for learning and growing within a managerial role.

* Strong organisational and administrative skills.

* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

* Basic understanding or willingness to learn about stock inventory systems.

* Awareness of Occupational Health & Safety regulations.

* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

* High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

* Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this position.

Preferred (but not required):

* MBA Student or wishing to take on course.

* Previous exposure to stock inventory.
