Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, conducting introduction calls, presenting solutions, and maintaining accurate CRM notes.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage inbound and outbound calls with warm client enquiries
* Conduct introduction calls and gather key information
* Presentation of solutions and guiding clients through the next steps
* Maintenance of accurate CRM notes, follow-ups, and pipeline movement
* Delivery of exceptional communication and customer experience
