Verra is supporting a long-standing Melbourne builder with the appointment of a Senior Project Coordinator, for an ongoing residential build that has just kicked off in the southeast suburbs.
This is a structured, well-resourced medium-rise development with strong government backing and experienced leadership in place. This is an opportunity to step into a genuine multi-storey residential build and support the entire build from the basement up, structural top out and right through to the finishes.
Our client possesses a robust financial backing, experienced leadership at the helm and a healthy pipeline of stable projects across medium-high rise, residential developments.
What your day-to-day looks like
* Supporting programme management and tracking key structural and services milestones
* Managing RFIs, shop drawings and consultant coordination
* Assisting with trade procurement and tender comparisons
* Coordinating design changes between consultants, subcontractors and site
* Maintaining document control systems (Procore / Aconex) and reporting updates
What we need from you
* Proven experience as a Project Coordinator on commercial, residential or mixed-use projects (5+ years)
* Strong exposure to medium / high-rise builds is ideal
* Excellent commercial acumen and risk management capability
* Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or similar
