Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
* Assist clients with phone sales enquiries, provide quotes and pricing information, and follow up on product and technical support.
* Support and attend various customer events, providing product and technical support as required.
* Perform repair work on agricultural driveline products as necessary.
* Assist with supporting field day events and trade shows.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Experience working in the agricultural sector or a related industry.
* The ability to take the lead in delivering sales growth and achieving business objectives.
* Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to engage with people and build strong relationships with customers.
* Computer literacy and experience using Pronto or similar software would be advantageous.
