This role is hands-on, field-based and ideal for someone who thrives on solving technical problems at site.**Location:** Terang, Victoria### **What You'll Do*** Commission SolBank Storage Power Blocks for utility-scale BESS projects.* Perform preventative & corrective maintenance to meet warranty and LTSA requirements.* Work across ESCs, PCS, RMUs/switchgear, transformers, SCADA and networking devices.* Diagnose, troubleshoot and restore equipment performance to meet availability guarantees.* Supervise subcontractors and ensure safe, compliant work practices.* Maintain accurate work orders, SOPs and spare-parts inventory.* Support client training during commissioning and uphold safety standards at all times.### **What You'll Bring*** Qualified **Electrical Technician** with **5+ years** experience in service or maintenance within renewables or heavy industries* Strong understanding of inverters, MV systems, and electrical codes.* SCADA exposure highly regarded.* Comfortable travelling regularly (50%+).* OSHA 30 (or willingness to obtain after hire).* Proficient with MS Office; CMMS experience a bonus.* First Aid certified and a clean driver's licence.* A team-focused, professional approach with strong communication skills.Be part of a global clean-energy leader delivering the next generation of battery storage solutions.
