We are seeking an experienced professional to support individuals experiencing alcohol and other drug use alongside mental health difficulties.
About the Role
This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team, providing individual and group support to help build sustainable recovery pathways. The ideal candidate will possess:
 * Tertiary qualifications in AOD, mental health, social work, or related fields
 * Group facilitation and co-facilitation skills
 * Case management experience working with complex needs
 * Knowledge of recovery-oriented practice and ability to support safe exits
 * Excellent communication and rapport-building skills with cultural sensitivity
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
 * Delivering evidence-based programs to support individuals in recovery
 * Fostering collaborative relationships with community stakeholders
 * Providing guidance and support to individuals navigating the recovery process
Mandatory Requirements:
 * Current driver's license
 * National Police Check
