Job Title: Aboriginal Communities Program Manager
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to lead our Out of Home Care (OOHC) programs for Aboriginal communities.
Main Responsibilities:
* Policy Development: Develop and implement effective policies for the delivery of OOHC programs in Aboriginal communities.
* Team Leadership: Lead and manage an Aboriginal team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful program outcomes.
* Community Engagement: Engage with the community to understand their needs and develop strategies to ensure successful program delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* At least 5 years of experience in the sector.
* Excellent communication skills.
