Emergency & Critical Care Veterinarian | Full-time
We are seeking an experienced emergency veterinarian to join our dynamic team at Peninsula Vet Emergency and Referral Hospital.

We work closely with colleagues in anaesthesia, internal medicine, and surgery, and have access to cardiology and oncology specialists when needed.

Our hospital is purpose-built with modern facilities, including multiple consulting rooms, an ICU suite, two surgical theatres, and a rest area for staff. We are equipped with the latest diagnostic equipment, ensuring we can provide the best possible care for our patients.
About the Role
The ECC veterinarian will be responsible for the care and treatment of referred and primary accession cases arriving through the emergency department. They will also assist with the care of hospitalised patients from our specialist departments.
This role offers a busy and varied workload, with opportunities to learn from multiple specialist disciplines and contribute to case follow-up.
Your Qualifications
* Two years' experience working in emergency practice is desirable.
* You should be proficient in approaching emergency cases and performing emergency soft tissue surgery and procedures.
* A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, time management, and the ability to work cohesively with your team in a fast-paced environment are essential.
* You should have a passion for emergency and critical care and a commitment to continued learning to provide the best patient care.
