Job Description:
This role is responsible for ensuring the grounds of our property remain clean, tidy and well presented. You will be maintaining the condition and cleanliness of facilities, performing general upkeep and carrying out repairs and routine maintenance tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in grounds keeping and building maintenance
* Skilled in operating equipment and power tools
* Attention to detail for safety and aesthetic appeal
* Excellent time management skills and flexibility to work a 7-day roster
* Trade qualification desirable
* Prior experience with pool maintenance advantageous

Important Details:
This role may involve extensive manual handling tasks including lifting up to 20kg kneeling and squatting, as well as handling chemicals and utilising machinery. A Federal Police Clearance is required prior to an offer of employment being made.
