Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales Representative

Full-Time | Company Vehicle Provided | Negotiable Base Salary + Performance Review

Location: In office and on-the-road – Hospitality & Industrial Clients

We are seeking a driven and confident B2B Sales Representative to join our well-established business, which has proudly serviced the hospitality and industrial sectors for over 30 years. About the Role

As a B2B Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of clients while identifying and securing new business opportunities within your assigned territory. You will be expected to manage the full sales cycle—building relationships, identifying needs, presenting solutions, and closing deals.

Key responsibilities include:

* Developing and maintaining strong, profitable customer relationships
* Identifying and pursuing new customer opportunities in your territory
* Driving growth within an existing customer base through upselling and new line introductions
* Planning and executing territory management strategies
* Achieving sales targets and contributing to business profitability
* Submitting weekly activity reports and sales plans
* Maintaining accurate customer records and account management notes

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be:

* Outgoing, professional, and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic
* Eager to build a long-term career in B2B sales
* Confident and articulate, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Highly organised, with the ability to manage time and territory efficiently
* A team player with a flexible attitude and willingness to learn
* Comfortable working autonomously and being accountable for results

Preferred qualifications and experience:

* 1+ year of B2B sales or hospitality industry experience (preferred, not essential)
* Existing network of contacts in hospitality, hotels, clubs, or related industries (highly regarded)
* Knowledge of HACCP and OH&S regulations (an advantage)
* Solid computer literacy and CRM competency
* Full, unrestricted driver's licence (essential)
