The Role
- Lead and grow the accounting division, working alongside fellow partners in financial planning and business advisory.
- Manage a portfolio of high-value clients, providing strategic tax and business advice.
- Play a key role in firm-wide decision making, strategic planning, and business development.
- Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- CA or CPA qualified with at least 10 years’ public practice experience.
- Strong technical knowledge in taxation, compliance, and business advisory.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage client relationships.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building robust client partnerships.
