* A strong product development background is required! This is a hands-on engineering role alongside project management.
* Taking a part in the development of new and existing products
* Experience with systems integration
* Proven ability working with multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
* An Electrical / Electronic Engineering background
* Act as the technical interface between customers, suppliers, development teams.
* Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitive products to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
