Job Profile
The Marketing Officer supports the execution of the Lotterywest brands (product and corporate) and marketing strategy, to drive revenue growth and brand awareness. The role is responsible for planning and development of marketing and communications material in line with the organisations brand, financial and overall business objectives. The role has the following key areas of focus:
* Brand Management and Communications
* Campaign planning and scheduling
* Intellectual Property Maintenance
* Sales analysis and reporting
* Player retention and acquisition
* Stakeholder management and engagement
Mandatory / special role requirements
Police clearance.
Essential Selection Criteria
1. Demonstrated experience implementing marketing campaigns across a broad range of media and communication channels.
2. Demonstrated experience implementing best practice principles for creative, across various media channels, in a consumer’s path to purchase.
3. Demonstrated experience in the interpretation of data, including financial analysis and brand metrics to optimise marketing and brand communications effectiveness.
4. Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
5. Well-developed analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and initiate business improvement strategies, processes, and procedures.
