time2talk Leadership is looking for an energetic, inspiring and professional leadership facilitator to assist with the delivery of professional development workshops to our regional audiences in Victoria and NSW. Regional workshops are delivered in Albury/Wodonga, Echuca/Moama, Wangaratta, Benalla, Mildura and in between, with potential for work in Metro Melbourne.

We are looking for someone with the following - Skills/Attributes: High level communication, influencing and engaging skills The ability to listen and understand customer and participant needs and challenges Strong facilitation, coaching and debriefing skills The ability to work collaboratively within team environments Commitment to quality learning and achievement of outcomes/results Willingness to travel EXPERIENCE - Minimum 10 years in a business leadership role 10+ Years of Leadership Facilitation Preferred Organisational Development/HR Experience Highly Regarded DiSC/ Genos/Human Synergistics accreditation highly regarded Experience in the development, design & facilitation of senior leadership programs Strategic facilitation Cert IV Training and Assessment (Preferred) LICENCE - Current Drivers Licence necessary
