Overview
This is one of those high-impact EA roles where you sit right in the middle of the business. You'll work side-by-side with the MD supporting day-to-day outputs, but also elevating how they operate—anticipating needs, creating structure and ensuring focus where it adds the most value. You're not just stepping in. You're here to shape things. The purpose of the role is proactive support: streamlining how work gets done and strengthening rhythm and flow. You'll bring a sharp eye for opportunities to improve efficiency and a practical, hands-on approach to making things run seamlessly. You'll be an exceptional host for both function-wide and company-wide initiatives—creating well-run meetings, events and touchpoints that are thoughtful, polished and aligned to our culture. It's not just about ticking off tasks. It's about becoming a true influencer who brings ideas, elevates collaboration and genuinely impacts how the business operates day to day. On the average day, you'll run diaries, prep meetings, coordinate priorities and sit in on leadership sessions (with the odd Sydney trip) to keep actions on track. You'll also be the communication link across the Somersby site—keeping people aligned, informed and connected. This will involve taking ownership of the office—from suppliers and facilities to events and culture, you'll be the go-to person who keeps things running smoothly.
Responsibilities

The Somersby site is home to around 45 employees, with over 100 across the broader ANZ business. Traditionally hardware-focused, the business is evolving into software and smart technology.
