Casual Community Nursing Position
You will be working in the community, seeing a variety of clients. This role provides chronic disease management, wound, and catheter care to clients in their own homes.
Responsibilities:
• Provide an optimum standard of care to our clients
• Use exceptional clinical assessment, decision-making and problem-solving skills and abilities
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve desired health outcomes
About You:
• Strong experience in wound and catheter care
• Advanced clinical assessment skills in chronic disease management
• Current registration with AHPRA, with zero notations
• Compassion and enthusiasm, with a friendly approach
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• A current Australian driver's licence
