* Work with LMS, LXP, and other platforms to extract and analyse data; ensure seamless cross-system integration and support new learning analytics tools.

* Continuous improvement mindset; proactively enhances reporting, analytics, and data processes.
* Learning agility and self-awareness; adapts quickly to new data, technologies, and changing requirements.
* Professionalism with a high standard of data privacy, compliance, and transparency.

Desired Experience

* Experience developing and maintaining dashboards and reports for learning activity, credential pathways, and mandatory learning completion.
* Exposure to ROI evaluations and program impact assessments.
* Experience partnering with stakeholders to define reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
* Familiarity with monitoring credentialing progress and tracking mandatory learning completion rates.
* Experience conducting deep-dive analyses to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in engagement and outcomes.

* Demonstrable impact on decisions and program improvements driven by insights and recommendations (e.g., higher engagement, better outcomes).
* Integrated data flows across LMS/LXP and related systems that reduce manual effort and errors; improved data hygiene metrics.
* Strong compliance posture: audit-ready documentation and adherence to data privacy and governance standards.
* High stakeholder satisfaction and adoption of reports; increased self-serve usage and reduced ad-hoc requests.
* Measurable uplift in data literacy across the learning function (usage rates, quality of inputs, stakeholder capability).
