Social Media Administrator & Content Creator
**Job Location**
Auburn, Sydney, NSW
You will play a crucial role in managing our brand's presence across various social media platforms, primarily focusing on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, including Illustration, Videos and Photos, and engage with our target audience.
**Key Responsibilities**
Using our brand strategy booklet to:
- Content Creation
Design posts, stories and reels for social media posts that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives daily or according to our marketing strategy plan
- Platform Management
Manage and maintain our Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring user engagement.
- Audience Engagement
Develop and implement strategies based on the online media trends to increase follower growth, enhance user engagement, and drive traffic to our website or other desired platforms.
- Analytics and Reporting
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates, and provide regular reports and insights to inform future content and strategy decisions.
- Collaboration
Work closely with the operation team to create content relatable to our current services
- Design Tools
Utilize various design tools and keep up with new trending apps and software which make designing quicker and your role efficient such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar software to create high-quality visual output
If you understand Paid Campaign and Google ads it's a bonus
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
