Ausdrill is seeking a Drill Maintenance team leader to join and lead a team of diverse / multi skilled Maintenance personal at one of Australia's largest Gold Mines
**The role**:

**Key Requirements**:
- A strong focus on safety.
- Be a strong communicator both written and verbal
- Possess a strong problem solving skill set.
- A drive for continuous improvement in all aspects of drill maintenance.
- A minimum 3 years' experience in surface drill maintenance
- Relevant Trade Qualification
- A valid Australian driver's licence (preferably HR)
- A current National Police Check (valid within the last 3 months)
