About the role
Operating 4 days per week (Monday to Thursday), your duties as a part-time Dental Receptionist will include but not be limited to:
* Meeting and greeting patients entering the clinic
* Managing/overseeing phone & email correspondence
* Scheduling appointments and handling follow-up communication with patients
* Processing payments/health insurance claims through our HICAPS system
* Maintaining accurate patient records and practice databases
What we\'re looking for
* Full Australian working rights is essential
* Previous Dental Receptionist experience is highly desirable
* Bilingualism in Mandarin & English is highly desirable
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
