The Role
Reporting to the Executive Chef, this role will lead the In‐Room Dining and Lounge culinary operations, delivering elevated all‐day dining experiences with a strong focus on quality, consistency, creativity, and luxury service standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead daily culinary operations across IRD and Lounge.
* Support menu development and guest experience innovation.
* Coach and develop culinary talent.
* Drive service excellence during the hotel pre‐opening and beyond.

Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up.
* Refined approach to food — technique‐driven, detail‐oriented, and creative.
* Natural leader who builds calm, focused teams.
* Strong understanding of modern food trends and classic foundations.
* Ability to move with service while keeping standards high.
* Genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience.
