Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Nurse Education Specialist to facilitate the development of our nursing workforce by planning, promoting, coordinating, implementing and evaluating education programs in the clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement nursing education programs and activities in collaboration with internal and external education providers.
* Provide ongoing professional development within a learning culture, promoting patient-centered inter-professional learning.
* Support staff performance development plans through educational evaluation and consultation.
Requirements:
* Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse.
* Relevant postgraduate qualifications desirable.
