We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Fleet Order to Delivery Specialist to coordinate the end-to-end delivery of fleet truck orders, from initial order placement through to final delivery. This role sits within a collaborative fleet team and offers strong exposure to OEM operations, body builders, dealer networks and logistics partners, with the opportunity to develop into a future customer-facing position.
About the Role
You will take ownership of new truck orders once confirmed by Fleet Business Development Managers, coordinating the body build process and managing timelines to ensure smooth delivery. This position requires strong stakeholder engagement, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple builds simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end order-to-delivery process for fleet truck builds
* Coordinate truck ordering, body build requirements and registration
* Work closely with Fleet BDMs, dealers, logistics teams and body builders
* Track all orders using Microsoft Office, AS400 and project management tools
* Maintain and update sales logs for every vehicle in the system
* Provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders and customers
* Develop strong knowledge of fleet tenders and truck industry processes
* Minimal local travel as required
About You
* Experience in Fleet Management, Order Coordination or similar within an OEM (truck or automotive)
* Strong organisational and project management skills
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
* Experience supporting multiple Business Development Managers
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales tracking tools
* Exposure to AS400 or similar systems is highly regarded
* Understanding of truck or fleet ordering processes advantageous
