* Oversee campaign operations including testing, QA, asset management, and deployment.
* Optimise campaign performance with insights from MQLs, CTR, conversions, and lead quality.
* Collaborate with automation and CRM teams to deliver high-converting nurture journeys and lifecycle flow.
* Monitor KPIs and translate campaign data into actionable insights.
* Support performance reporting and assist with attribution tracking for marketing and sales stakeholders.
* Contribute to organic strategy including blog and web content, aligned with campaign and brand goals.
* Support social content planning and execution in collaboration with creative and channel teams.
About the Role:
* 3-5 years' experience in digital marketing or demand generation roles (ideally in B2B environments).
* Strong understanding of paid channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Programmatic) and marketing automation platforms.
* Proficient in reporting tools and familiar with marketing attribution frameworks.
* Comfortable working across global, matrixed teams with a collaborative and agile approach.
* Detail-driven with excellent time management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Business; certifications in Google, Meta, or LinkedIn are a plus.
