Job Summary
Supply Officer Job Summary We are seeking a motivated, safety-focused supply officer to maintain the company's level of physical inventory on an 8‐day workup, 6‐day off FIFO roster from Perth to Leonora, with bus transport provided to site. Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, the role ensures efficient flow of materials, inventory and logistics supporting mining operations.
Responsibilities
* Safely receive, unload, receipting, and store incoming materials.
* Coordinate freight, logistics, and dispatch activities.
* Manage inventory levels, support stock‐control processes.
* Complete cycle counts, stock investigations, and inventory reconciliations.
* Support rotable management and back‐freight requirements.
* Create and manage purchase requisitions.
* Provide timely support and communication to operational stakeholders.
* Maintain warehouse standards, housekeeping, and safety compliance.
* Assist with continuous improvement initiatives across the supply function.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in warehouse or supply operations within mining or heavy industry.
* Solid attention to detail and commitment to accurate stock handling.
* Forklift and/or reach forklift operating experience.
* Strong understanding of inventory‐management principles.
* Robust communication and customer‐service skills.
* Proactive approach to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
* Current C‐class manual driver's licence.
* Current high‐risk forklift licence.
* Experience with Pronto ERP systems, MRP processes, and rotable management highly regarded.
