What You Will Do
* Lead the development, delivery and ongoing improvement of the ACCC's learning and capability programs.
* Maintain and implement the ACCC Capability Framework.
* Develop and implement the SES and whole-of-agency Performance Framework.
* Design and implement a skills taxonomy aligned to the ACCC's job family framework.
About You
* Demonstrated experience leading a learning and development team or similar role in a fast-paced and large complex people-centred organisation.
* Demonstrated expertise in learning and capability strategy, design, delivery and evaluation.
* Experience managing learning systems, mandatory training programs and enterprise capability frameworks.
* Strong understanding of performance frameworks and talent development models, including the 70:20:10 model and how to operationalise it in a hybrid learning environment.

Salary
Salary: $123,702 - $136,900 (plus 15.4% superannuation)
