About the Role
We're seeking a passionate and experienced National Clinical Education & Training Officer to join our Clinical Services and Quality Team. Reporting to the National Clinical Education & Training Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering Opal HealthCare's national clinical education framework—ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care for our residents.
This role is pivotal in designing and implementing clinical education programs, supporting governance structures, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across our Care Communities.
About You:
* Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
* Postgraduate qualifications in clinical education and training
* Minimum 5 years' experience in health or aged care
* Strong knowledge of aged care regulations and standards
* Experience in instructional design for eLearning and face‑to‑face delivery
* Excellent communication, facilitation, and project management skills
* Ability to travel interstate and intrastate as required
