Job Description
The Cancer Care Service Coordinator will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional patient care services to our clients. This position involves patient liaison, including welcoming patients, answering calls, and managing correspondence.
Responsibilities
* Patient Liaison: Welcoming patients, answering calls, managing correspondence, and scheduling appointments.
* Patient Administration: Billing, accurate data entry in our electronic management system, and managing records.
* Liaising with Hospitals, Specialists, and Allied Health Professionals.
* Supporting Doctors, Coordinating with Nurses, and Assisting Allied Health Staff in Delivering Patient Care.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organisational and time management skills, and the ability to use multiple software systems. Experience in a hospital or day hospital setting is desirable.
