What'sthe role?
1. Qualify, nurture, and convert prospects through consultative conversations.
2. Help older adults (65+) access in-home and community support services that improve health and wellbeing.
3. Build trust and relationships in your community.
4. Help drive service growth by connecting potential and current clients with the full suite of integratedlivingservices.
5. Manage enquiries, guide clients through the onboarding journey, and promote services across your designated regions.

Whyyou'lllove it:

7. Certificate III/IV in community care (or similar), or experience in customer service, sales, or community engagement.
8. Experience building rapport with diverse clients and stakeholders.
9. Confidence managing pipelines, enquiries, or sales/service conversion processes.
10. Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
11. CRM experience and ability to work independently to meet targets.
12. Work from home with flexibility and purpose.
