Operations Supervisor – Bendigo

About the Role
Cleanaway is seeking an experienced and safety-focused Operations Supervisor to oversee daily waste collection activities. This on-site leadership role is essential in ensuring service reliability, operational compliance, and the effective management of our frontline workforce.
What You'll Be Doing
* Oversee daily operations including rostering, route planning, and driver performance
* Lead pre-starts, toolbox talks, and safety briefings
* Conduct compliance audits for fatigue, mass, and speed
* Provide on-the-ground support, direction, and coaching to drivers
* Manage operational issues promptly to maintain service continuity
* Ensure all activities meet environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements
