Job Title: Program Manager
Life Without Barriers is seeking an experienced and passionate Program Manager to lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality services to children and young people in Out of Home Care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, lead, motivate, and manage a team of House Managers and Senior Residential Care Workers.
* Oversee the caseloads of direct reports and provide practical support as required.
* Ensure delivery of program services in accordance with local business plans and in line with client needs and plans.
* Manage risks and issues arising in the course of service management.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience working with individuals, families, and communities from a strength-based, culturally appropriate perspective in the out-of-home care sector.
* Demonstrated experience working with adolescents and transition-from-care tasks.
* Demonstrated experience in managing competing priorities and delivering high-quality outcomes within agreed timeframes.
* A demonstrated commitment to the care and protection of clients.
