This role is ideal for someone early in their IT career who wants variety, hands on experience, and supportive coaching.You'll handle customer support calls, provide presales guidance, and troubleshoot issues across our software driven products, including:Vehicle tracking and telematics systemsMobile camera and DVR systems for vehiclesForklift weighing scales and related softwareYou will also be responsible for delivering occasional customer training, both remotely and onsite.
