Job Opportunity: Human Resource Advisor
Overview
The position of Human Resource Advisor is a key role in our organization, responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to support the effective management of human resources.

As a Human Resource Advisor, you will be hands-on across a number of HR activities, including offering clear and confident advice on Council's Enterprise Agreement and other related industrial instruments. You will also participate in industrial matters and support the HR Business Partner in workplace investigations or other HR matters.
Additional responsibilities include managing and improving employee systems and generating and maintaining accurate and reliable workforce information and reporting.

Requirements
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or equivalent
* Demonstrated initiative and flexibility, with the ability to multi-task and operate in autonomous high-volume work environments
* Effective communication skills, communicating effectively with colleagues and customers to gather information about their needs and services
* Demonstrated ability to interpret legislation and policies
* Experience in deriving, analysing and presenting complex matters
