* Provide executive administration support in various areas, including reception, patient enquiry duties and data collection tasks.
* Offer secretarial assistance to the Executive Team, coordinating meetings, agendas and minutes.
* Manage diary appointments, travel and meeting bookings for executives.
* Conduct HR administration tasks, including employee contracts, visa coordination and onboarding.
* Maintain HR file management and upkeep, including VMO Credentialing.
* Act as Payroll Coordinator, managing payroll enquiries.

Required skills and qualifications:
* Executive administration experience in a hospital environment
* Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
