Business Services Manager
We are seeking a proactive, solutions-oriented professional to join our team as a Business Services Manager.
* Oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional client service through effective workflow management and smart delegation.
* Manage the operational responsibilities of a Business Services team to deliver high quality services to clients.
* Prioritize, delegate and review tax compliance assignments including annual financial statements, tax returns, activity statements, FBT, ESS and other tax compliance requirements.
* Provide high quality tax service and advice to clients and manage relationships with clients.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
* Liaise with third parties including regulatory bodies and client advisors.
Requirements
* Bachelor in Accounting/Finance; and CA or CPA Qualified (required).
* Big 4 or mid-tier experience.
* Exposure to fund taxation, including MITs/AMITs.
* 7 years business services experience (or related).
* Minimum 3 years staff and team management experience and client relationship management.
* Preparation and analysis of complex financial reports.
* Tax advisory/research skills.
* Advanced MS Excel skills.
* Experience with project management tools and collaboration software.
