Bringing mobile battery technology into traditionally diesel-reliant industries requires a shift in how people think about power, and in particular, how they think about temporary power. The status quo to resolve temporary power needs is a diesel generator – our mission is to shift this thinking towards Powershift battery solutions.

The key purpose of the Administration Officer role is to provide critical support to our growing team across sales, operations and executive functions - helping to streamline systems and processes, along with performing key administrative and operational tasks across the end-to-end journey from sales through to operational delivery.
This role will suit a highly efficient, organised and adaptable Administrator, who can work across a variety of different areas and be a key internal resource for the business as we scale.

The role is varied and includes the following responsibilities at a summary level:
* Helping to co-ordinate and support key parts of the end-to-end process from sales through to operational delivery, acting as the primary conduit between internal teams, and between our business and our customers
* Co-ordinating, sourcing and collating information required across teams to generate customer proposals, quotes and contracts
* Co-ordinating and managing transport and rental bookings for Powershift batteries
* Supporting sales, technical and exec teams with key documentation and reporting
* Grow into becoming the internal business owner and expert of our key internal sales and operational platforms to support business improvement

Essential Criteria
* Alignment with Powershift's vision and mission as defined in this PD, with a strong drive and motivation to support growth – for Powershift and for you as the candidate
* At least 5 years of office administration experience
* Strong MS office skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with key internal stakeholders and to act as the bridge between key business functions to streamline the sales process
* Excellent phone manner, with the confidence to call anyone as required when seeking information for the business and an ability to develop trust and rapport with external stakeholders
* Ability to work well in a team and with disparate personalities to achieve collective outcomes
* Strong drive to achieve efficiencies and to optimise systems and processes
* Highly organised, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Desire to learn about Powershift's products to enable representation of the business to external stakeholders
* Proactive and solution-oriented
* Must hold an Australian drivers license

* Experience with sales CRMs and operational platforms
