Responsibilities
Technicians are responsible for ensuring completion of all IT tasks in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), including undertaking site visits and Field Service requests, as required.
Position Reports To: Depot Supervisor
Key Selection Criteria
- Willingness to learn and problem solve.
- Ability to liaise with external clients on all technical requirements.
- Ability to work within a team environment but also alone.
- A personable nature with the ability to relay information in person and over the phone.
Experience and/or Qualifications
- Problem solving mindset
- Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of basic hardware is required.
- Friendly customer service
Salary & Work Schedule
$55,000 - $60,000 PLUS a Fully Maintained Company Vehicle + Super
