We are looking for an experienced professional to join our small and friendly guest experience and reservations team.
Responsibilities
As an Aqua Resort team member, you share our passion for exceptional customer service. Ensuring that every interaction with the resort is a friendly experience is always your highest priority. Your bubbly personality allows you to maintain that energy, excitement and smile.
You are a natural hospitality superstar with impeccable attention to detail and proven ability to multitask within a busy resort environment. Your verbal and written communication is unrivaled, knowing the appropriate volume and tone for each occasion.
Your knowledge of revenue and resort reservation sales, accommodation booking systems and general office programs is of a high standard. The accuracy & efficiency you show ensures smooth day to day operations.
You have impeccable attention to detail and time management skills. You are creative and enjoy working effectively amongst all departments.
Qualifications and Experience
* Minimum of two years' experience in luxury resort environment.
* High level of competency in Microsoft Office & RMS Property Management System.
* Knowledge of Strata management procedure and Trust Accounting is highly desirable.
* The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including weekends with occasional overnight on-call shifts.
* Confidence in liaising with various internal and external clients including council of owners.
* Calm, efficient, and organised with impeccable attention to detail.
* Immaculate personal presentation and communication skills with an emphasis on luxury hospitality and guest service.
* Possess a current C class driver's license and police check or willingness to obtain.
