About the Role:
The venue is seeking a talented and motivated Head Chef to lead the kitchen team in this busy and vibrant pub environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for menu development, stock control, ordering, rostering, and ensuring consistent food quality and presentation. With a hands-on leadership style, the Head Chef will drive kitchen operations while fostering a positive and efficient team culture.
Your Skills and Experience:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume venue.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and mentor staff.
Sound knowledge of stock control, ordering, rostering, and cost management.
Passion for quality pub food, creativity, and keeping menus current with customer demand.
Commitment to maintaining food safety standards and operational excellence.
