We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to support our national sales team on a temporary assignment, with potential for long-term extension. The role will involve providing accurate quotes to external stakeholders and delivering exceptional customer service via email and chat.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage multiple inboxes and respond to queries within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
* Provide accurate sales quotes for external stakeholders
* Offer excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
* Work accurately and deliver high-quality results
* Update database systems accordingly
Requirements
* Experience using Salesforce and MS Office
* Full working rights
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Able to solve problems as they arise
* Support the team and work collaboratively
