Responsibilities
* Ensure passenger comfort and safety throughout flights.
* Conduct safety procedures and emergency protocols.
* Provide high‐level customer service in a fast‐paced environment.
* Maintain impeccable personal presentation and adhere to uniform guidelines.
* Assist with boarding and de‐boarding, and manage cabin operation.
* Support crew in a flexible 24/7 roster including weekends, public holidays and peak periods.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 18 years of age.
* Valid Australian Driver's Licence.
* Valid Passport with minimum of 12 months validity.
* Australian or New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident.
* Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages are an advantage including Tetum).
* Height between 155 cm and 175 cm.
* Current First Aid Certificate including CPR from a recognised Australian provider.
* Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA).
* 1 year experience in Customer Service or Hospitality.
* Ability to hold an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC), which involves a police check.
* Undertake a pre‐employment medical.
* Ability to swim 50 metres unaided.
* Can work a flexible roster 24/7 (includes weekends, public holidays and peak periods) and have reliable transportation.
* Impeccable personal presentation and no visible tattoos whilst in uniform.
* Positive attitude and team player.
* Genuine desire to assist and care for others.
* Commitment to safety.
* Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and in a fast‐paced environment.
