The role
We're looking for a clinically skilled and patient-focused Audiologist to join our team. You'll provide hearing assessments, hearing aid fittings and follow-up, counseling, and workplace/community outreach. This role suits someone who enjoys a mix of clinical work and patient education.
Key responsibilities
* Conduct diagnostic audiometry, speech testing and vestibular screenings as required.
* Perform hearing aid consultations, fittings (multiple manufacturers), verification (real-ear), and ongoing management.
* Provide tinnitus counseling, aural rehabilitation and family education.
* Maintain accurate clinical records and meet professional standards.
* Contribute to clinic workflow improvements and occasional outreach clinics.
Required
* Master's or Graduate Diploma in Audiology (or equivalent).
* Registration/accreditation with Audiology Australia.
* Minimum 1–2 years clinical experience.
* Excellent communication, empathy, and teamwork skills.
* Experience with real-ear verification and REM systems.
Nice to have
* Familiarity with cochlear implant candidacy pathways.
