About the Role
This is a technical sales opportunity where you will be partnering with our sales team to provide expertise on our solutions. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and position our products as the best fit for their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with sales teams to deliver value-driven customer experiences
Conduct technical deep dives and solution discovery sessions with customers
Present and demonstrate product offerings relevant to customer objectives
Facilitate communication between customers, sales teams, and product management
Requirements
Relevant work experience in client-side, consulting-side or ISV environments
Understanding of M365 architecture, components, and configuration
Experience in delivery and/or pre-sales of solutions leveraging M365 Security & Compliance, SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics, and Azure
Knowledge of server and cloud offerings across Microsoft, Google, and Salesforce
Excellent presentation, business, and technical communication skills
Ability to think strategically using technical knowledge coupled with sales mentality
Maintain excellent relationships with channel partners and colleagues
