Contracts Administrator – DURA Construction Group (Wollongong Region)

DURA Construction Group is a fast-growing company built on strong relationships across the Illawarra region, with both clients and trades alike. As part of our ongoing expansion, we're seeking a Contracts Administrator with solid construction experience who is based in or around Wollongong.

Responsibilities
* Perform detailed quantity take-offs using estimating software such as BlueBeam or similar.
* Proactively forecast and order materials and supplies for upcoming construction stages.
* Write detailed scopes of work and subcontractor agreements.
* Interpret construction drawings and specifications with precision.
* Prepare, coordinate, and evaluate tenders for multiple project types.
* Prepare key site documentation, including SWMS, Site Registers & Inductions.
* Review site documents for compliance and risk management.
* Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to gather pricing and technical information.
* Review contracts and prepare accurate project budgets.
* Assist with material procurement and coordinate with site teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Organise and lodge CC/OC requirements with Certifiers & NSW Planning Portal.
* Keep all project documentation well-organised within internal management systems.
* Provide support to General Management and Project Managers as needed.

About You
* Minimum 3 years' relevant experience (5 years preferred).
* Based locally in the Wollongong area for team collaboration.
* Hold a relevant industry qualification.
* Strong construction knowledge and understanding of project lifecycles.
* Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills.
* Eager to learn and grow into senior project and operational roles.
* Team-focused, detail-driven, and passionate about delivering quality work.
