Senior Consultant - Business Analyst - Technology Strategy and Transformation - Financial Services

Based in Warrang - Sydney and Naarm – Melbourne.Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.
Your key responsibilities
* Support the delivery of transformation projects to optimise business value, partnering with clients to implement change across systems, processes, and operating models.
* Manage project timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations to support outcomes being delivered on time and within scope.
* Contribute to project planning, status reporting, risk management, and quality assurance.
* Apply delivery frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) to suit the needs of different projects and programs from the simplest to the most complex.
Skills and attributes for success
To be considered for this role you must have hands-on experience in delivering projects/programs involving technology transformation, preferably within the financial services environment.
Ideally, you'll also have the skills and attributes below but don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes. We're interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn.
Have at least one year of solid experience as a Business Analyst, demonstrating a proven track record in technology transformation delivery, project management, or program support within consulting roles in the financial services industry.
Demonstrate exceptional capacity for effective collaboration within diverse and inclusive teams, consistently delivering high-quality outcomes and engaging stakeholders across both business and technology domains.
* Exhibit outstanding organisational skills, exemplary communication abilities, and proven problem-solving acumen.
