we are one of the largest companies currently providing specialist asset maintenance services to the concrete, quarrying, asphalt, and recycling industriesNCCM has an exceptional reputation within the industry for providing the ultimate quality and service to clients leading to complete customer satisfaction, from small to large turnkey projects across VictoriaWe are searching for an experienced structural Engineer from a heavy industrial manufacturing background, ideally related to the materials handling industries.The Successful Candidate will require:Able to lead and manage the structural and some mechanical functionsDevelop and review structural and mechanical designs and drawings for industrial equipment in particular, conveyors, hoppers, platforms and fixed plant structures.Have excellent attention to detailBe proficient in 2D & 3D drafting using CAD and InventorDevelop and review mechanical designs and drawings for industrial equipment, ensuring alignment with technical requirements and standardsIssue fabrication drawings and compile Bills of Materials (BOMs) for productsPrepare job estimates based on client requirementsCoordinate with internal departments, including purchasing and production, to ensure smooth project executionTime management skills, being able to deliver projects to a standard, meeting the specific requirements of the clientsHave the mechanical aptitude to deliver customer requirements involving site visits and communicationTo be able to follow through projects from concept through to fabrication and completionPreferred Experience:Minimum of 5 years' experience within a mechanical drafting/detailing roleStrong knowledge around Australian StandardsFamiliarity within or liaison with fabrication workshops and clientsAutoCAD or Inventor experienceExperience working within the concrete, quarrying, asphalt, and recycling industriesExperience in project managementDemonstrated hands-on experience working within a workshop environment will be viewed favorablyExperience working with tier 1 companies highly regarded
