About the Role
* 2:2 Roster from Perth
* Full-time, permanent position.
* Day to day coordination of crews
* Oversee daily underground mining operations
* Lead crews to achieve key deliverables through safe practices and cost-effective methods
* Strong leadership focused on empowering teams and driving positive outcomes.
* Facilitate daily-pre-start meetings and task planning sessions.
* Create detailed shift plans to optimise productivity and operational efficiency.
About you
* Must hold a current WA Shift Supervisor Ticket
* Experience in an Underground Shift Supervisors role
* Valid Manual Drivers Licence
* Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug and Alcohol Screen.
* Hold all valid and relevant qualifications, certificates, and licences.
